"Nothing is wasted if you know how to use it."

I take trash and turn it into treasure. Not because it's pretty-because it's honest. Every scrap tells a story. Every cut is a second chance. That's recycling: not just saving the planet, but saving what was forgotten.

Lehman Center for the Performing Arts

Commission Totes, bookmarks and key rings commissioned by Lehman Center for the Performing Arts, New York made from the center’s discarded advertising banners and signs.

TOTES

From re-purposed acetate, a non-recyclable material used for printing consumer labels.  Rescued by me from a Soho New York metro area landfill, the totes are constructed resulting in less than 5% waste.  The brilliant colors and edgy design offer a cool and environmentally conscious alternative to the ubiquitous canvas bags.
